The project will implement a Cross Border Centre for Welfare with the aim to trigger a virtuous process of communication between the different institutions that act in the same area with different skills and different institutions acting on geographical areas across the border, but problems with homogeneous.
The project will implement two micro areas - in Borgo Zindis in Muggia and in the center of Koper - comparable experiences of integrated experimental and qualifying for the habitat and activities of social services and health.
The overall objective is to improve the quality of life / citizens of the urbanized areas, and therefore the attractiveness of the territory, through a virtuous cycle that starts from the bottom up needs of existing concrete and / residents to address the social services health, with a continual reciprocal dialogue between the parties.
The dialogue continues over time is guaranteed by the instruments of the observatory and the Door-social, which will remain active even after the end of the project.
