Please find enclose the press release of the strategic project TRANS2CARE and their participation at the XV NATIONAL CONFERENCE – HOSPITALS FOR THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH that will be hold on November, 8 2012 in Trieste.
The World Health Organization has promoted the costitution of the international network oh hospitals and health services (HPH & HS) with the intention to promote “ more control on your health”.
The XV National Conference HPH & HS (http://hph.enjoy-events.it/) arises the end going out of the logic of specialist fragmentation and proceed to the integration among various services in a society aimed at community health.
Sabina Passamonti (LP) will attend the event and present Trans2Care project as an exemple of a cross-border network of health and research institutions that are able to join their scientific and professional skills in order to develop useful innovations for human health.
