17.07.2009 Info Day cycle on the launch of a public call for standard projects: the Bologna experience The Bologna Info Day, the third event organized by the JTS of the Programme in order to increase the launch visibility of public call for the submission of standard projects No. 02/2009, also witnessed a wide audience participation. The meeting was held on 16th July at the Auditorium of the Emilia Romagna Region. 
The objective of the event was twofold: on the one hand the willingness of Programme Authorities, Joint Technical Secretariat and the Slovene Info Point officer, the to approach local bodies active in the region, taking charge of their needs and operating potential; on the other hand offering a training and informative opportunity through technical directions, consistent with the available documents, also in relation to the various experiences of potential beneficiaries and project partners.
The meeting was opened by the addresses by Deputy President of the Emilia Romagna Region Ms Maria Giuseppina Muzzarelli and by Chief Executive of Planning, Agreements, European and International Relations Mr Enrico Cocchi, who emphasized the institutional role of the Region also as a facilitator on European topics, with particular reference to the provisions in force and to the need to promote quality projects.
After giving the regards of the Managing Authority by Mr Iztok Škerlič and of the Slovene Programme Partner Government Office of the Republic of Slovenia for Local Self-Government and Regional Policy by Anton Harej, the speakers - members of the JTS – introduced by the representative of the Emilia Romagna Region Mr Michele Migliori, illustrated the details of public call, financial plan and application package.
Large space was given to the debate for questions raised by participants on the opportunities to set up partnerships and projects as well as for the specifications on a correct submission of documents and on the implementation of operations.
